RETURN POLICY

All regular priced items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND. 

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited exchanges/returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. If returning for a refund to original payment method, you can return like normal and purchase a label through re:do with discounted shipping rates! This only applies to online orders, not in store orders. 

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money! 

You can return your online orders to any Pants Store location! 

How to start a return:

Please go to https://pantsstore.com/apps/redo/returns-portal#/login to start your return/exchange process! You will need your order number and zip code to retrieve your order information! Our returns system will prompt you through the process! 

All marked down items in red, the sale section, or a line marked through the original price, are final sale. All tags must be on merchandise and merchandise cannot be worn(no stains and free of odor and pet hair). Shoes must be returned with box in a polymailer. Please do not attach label directly on the box. Sales receipt or invoice must be included with merchandise to return. Damage Policy:

Damaged items must be reported withing two days of the receipt of your order.
